All prices are quoted in US Dollar (USD), Ecuador's official currency. All taxes (10% service + 12% VAT) are already included.

Accommodation rates - incl. breakfast

Prices are charged per room, not per person. These prices include all taxes as well as a delicious breakfast (fruit salad, fresh fruit juice, bread, butter, jam, yogurt, cereals). 

Airport pickup

This fee is charged per person and will be added to your hotel account. Arrivals or flights delays after 24H30 will be subject  of 2=USD extra charge but driver will be waiting until you check out custom areas.

Daily Tours (together with Sierra Nevada Expeditions)

Rates are per person and with 2 travellers minimum. Ask for larger groups prices!
Rates Includes professional guide, transport as well as a lunch in a typical local restaurant. 

Mountain Transportation

Safe, fast and efficient transportation to all of the country's mountains Ilinizas-Cotopaxi-Cayambe-Chimborazo ect.).

Reservation must be done in advance - please contact us.  

Laundry and ironing

USD 1.00 is charged for 1 lbs. (tax included). 

Safety box and storage room

Both services are entirely free of charge. 

Telephone & fax service

Calls are charged per minute and include all taxes. 

Internet

Internet service (PC terminal with MS Office 2003, instant messenger applications) is free of charge.

Usage of the hotel's wireless internet network (WiFi b/g) is also free of charge.

Payment

All prices featured herein are quoted in US Dollar, Ecuador's official currency. Cash payment is preferred but Visa/Master Card are of course also accepted.  In order to guarantee your Reservation we highly recommend first overnight payment via Pay Pal or credit card.
