What an adventure! Freddy and the Hotel Staff were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and very accommodating. Freddy was able to help our 12 day trip very last minute allowing us to see as much of Ecuador as possible. Very flexible to work with the Cotopaxi and Pasochoa are beautiful. Quite an accomplishment with Freddy + Christian as our guide. I am thankful for the opportunity to have this experience. Remember: Packing is important - try to plan ahead of time, Travelers checks or cash only! 2 things we forgot that held us up a little. Thank you again for being to accommodating. Christian and other staff knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I much enjoyed excursion with guides Estalin, Omar and Freddy himself - all impressed with their abilities to handle circumstances beyond control with grace competence and aplomb. Guagua Pichincha, Ruccu Pichincha + Illiniza Norte with Freddy. Cotopaxi + Rumiñahui with Estalin. Highlight was Cotopaxi of course. Good weather and excellent conditions. We are lucky people. I would like to pass along our thanks for your excellent service on our recent trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sierra Nevada and our excursions to the volcanos and the islands. We hope to repeat the trip sometime in the next few years. Special thanks for schedule in spite of your concerns about our acclimatization. Your concern is understandable and appropriate for most climbers. Lodging, guiding or driving we used Freddy and Hotel Sierra Nevada for most of our Ecuador logistics. Everyone is professional and very helpful. Even when suggesting places to stay or things to do away from Sierra Nevada. They truly wanted us to enjoy Ecuador first and for most. Ecuador is a wonderful country and its people are very charming and friendly. We will return to Ecuador and Sierra Nevada!

We had a good time with you and in this place. We especially enjoyed trekking with you Freddy and Stalin. It was fantastic for us to discuss with you - Freddy and learn about Ecuador and the things behind. Laughing with you about “Oktoberfest” was wonderful. Hope you’re staying like this

The two weeks we spent in Quito at the Sierra Nevada were sensational - a lot of the success of our stay due to the kindness you and your staff showed us. The hotel was a real home, and we were so fortunate to see Quito at least partially through you eyes.
